Scrum Master / Kanban Flow Manager

This role coordinates the shared Kanban process for two Solutions Architect pods, keeping intake, work tracking, dependencies, and flow metrics visible so the team and leadership can prioritize customer delivery and improve execution.

What you'll do

• Facilitate daily standups, replenishment, triage, retrospectives, and flow reviews for both pods
• manage intake and Jira workspace quality
• track planned and reactive work and flow metrics
• follow up on blocked items
• coordinate cross-pod dependencies
• partner on customer programs
• provide capacity and flow summaries to pod leads and the Director.
