The Litigation Paralegal – Civil Litigation role is onsite in Austin, TX. Pay is $65,000–$85,000 per year. The position supports an Austin-based law firm handling Texas property tax, delinquent tax, and foreclosure litigation for institutional clients. The paralegal manages a high-volume civil litigation caseload from inception through judgment, supporting attorneys with drafting, filings, deadlines, case records, and trial preparation. This work helps the legal team advance matters accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through judgment
• assist with property tax, delinquent tax, and foreclosure matters
• draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
• electronically file court documents and monitor deadlines
• coordinate court settings and hearings
• assist with trial preparation and evidence organization
• communicate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and other parties
• maintain case files and records
• conduct legal and procedural research.
