What you'll do

• Set annual CRM priorities, strategies, and performance targets
• lead lifecycle, broadcast, and triggered campaigns
• optimize journeys from lead nurturing through win-back
• plan owned-channel communications
• oversee campaign planning, audience strategy, quality assurance, testing, and analysis
• monitor email, SMS, and app messaging
• partner with Data, Analytics, and Technology
• build and coach the CRM team
• advise senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
