The director evolves the organization from a customized delivery model to a standardized, scalable capability to improve customer outcomes and supportability.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for the integration organization.
• Establish a scalable operating model that balances customer flexibility with standardization.
• Lead a global team of integration managers and consultants.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve integration platform maturity.
• Own delivery performance for all integration engagements.
