What you'll do

• Provide inpatient care to adult patients
• manage admissions, discharges, and daily care
• collaborate with nursing, case management, emergency medicine, and specialty services
• participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• maintain compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
• for nocturnists, provide overnight admissions and cross-coverage with appropriate backup.
