What you'll do

• Lead division P&L and KPI performance
• establish operating cadence across finance, operations, project reviews, resource planning, safety, recruiting, and communications
• oversee civil engineering and environmental projects
• support project managers on contracts and project risks
• partner on recruiting and personnel decisions
• mentor leaders and staff
• develop growth strategies and prioritize pursuits
• represent the company with clients and stakeholders
• support safety reviews and escalate risks.
