Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – PRN

What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• develop and update care plans
• perform supervisory visits in clients’ homes
• assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction
• monitor caregiver adherence to care plans
• coach caregivers
• review documentation
• communicate changes in client condition
• provide nursing consultation when appropriate
• support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
