Operational Excellence Coach, Spanish-Speaking

The Operational Excellence Coach, Spanish-Speaking role is remote, with travel to customer sites across the United States for up to 80% of the time, typically Monday through Thursday for 42 weeks annually. The base pay range is $125,000–$150,000 per year; performance incentives may also be available. Redzone’s Connected Workforce business unit combines software and coaching to help manufacturers improve frontline engagement and productivity. The coach leads Lean and cultural transformation deployments, helping customer teams use Redzone software and improve shop-floor processes. Through hands-on coaching, performance tracking, and collaboration with frontline staff and executives, the role supports productivity gains and stronger employee experience.

What you'll do

• Coach 5–7 customers at a time
• train customers on Redzone software workflows during on-site deployments
• facilitate shop-floor huddles and leadership Daily Vital Signs meetings
• track performance data and customer uplifts
• lead process improvement and kaizen activities
• facilitate remote weekly progress meetings
• manage project schedules
• provide success assessments and executive overviews
• troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• support customers in identifying next steps.
