Contract Billing Analyst

What you'll do

• Maintain billing data and schedules
• prepare monthly manual billings when required
• coordinate with finance, contracts, and project personnel
• prepare and submit electronic invoices through WAWF and other required systems
• interpret FAR and contractual billing terms and advise internal teams
• investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues
• maintain invoice files and correspondence logs
• respond to billing inquiries
• complete indirect rate adjustments and final invoices when required
• support month-end and year-end closings
• mentor billing clerks.
