The Facilities & Maintenance Manager role is onsite in Austin, TX, with compensation of $34–$36.25 per hour. The position supports a single independent-living community managed by Provincial Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, whose stated purpose is to enrich the lives of seniors and team members. The manager performs and oversees building maintenance, repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance while contributing to the community leadership team. The role maintains building systems, prepares apartments for move-in, coordinates vendors, monitors maintenance budgets and supplies, supports community operations, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• inspect apartments before move-in
• respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• coordinate vendors
• monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• support housekeeping and community operations
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
