The Project Manager II — PMIS System Administrator role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Monterey Park, CA, with onsite reporting as needed. Compensation is $160,000–$175,000 per year. The role supports the Los Angeles Community College District Capital Improvement Program (BuildLACCD) and its District facilities, planning, and development work. The administrator manages and supports the Project Management Information System to maintain reliable performance and encourage user adoption across program stakeholders. The role contributes to capital program delivery by configuring workflows and modules, supporting users and project controls, and coordinating system integrations, reporting, training, and updates.
What you'll do
- Manage PMIS setup, configuration, maintenance, users, and permissions
- provide daily user support and troubleshoot issues
- develop workflows and training materials
- conduct user training
- configure and test modules
- maintain dashboards and custom reports
- oversee integrations
- track and document system issues
- support project controls for cost, forecasting, schedules, contracts, changes, invoices, documents, RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and action tracking
- coordinate program-wide reporting
- oversee Trimble custom development
- deploy updates using the systems development lifecycle

Why this role
