Behavioral Health Professional / Registered Behavior Technician, Home-Based

The Behavioral Health Professional / Registered Behavior Technician role is home-based in Portland, ME, with pay of $28 per hour. The part-time schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 3:30–6:30 PM, for 15–20 hours per week. The role supports children with autism and their families in their homes. Working from a plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the professional helps children develop skills and teaches parents skills to support progress at home. The one-to-one work contributes to children’s independence and family learning.

What you'll do

• Follow a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s plan to help a child develop skills
• teach parents skills to support family learning and progress
• work with children in their homes
• support toileting skills and daily activities
• play with children and record data on a tablet
• complete company-paid training toward Registered Behavior Technician skills.
