• Supervise and direct field crews at residential and commercial foundation repair sites

• ensure safe, timely work that meets company quality standards
• communicate progress, materials, and scheduling with project managers and office staff
• train and mentor crew members
• inspect sites and troubleshoot issues
• maintain records of daily work, materials, and crew hours.
