What you'll do

• Maintain a clean client and studio environment and Clean Lab standards
• coach the team on the brand’s clean standards
• monitor and respond to client feedback
• represent the studio at marketing events
• support staff development, performance plans, and training
• assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash management
• monitor business results
• attend community events and identify potential partners
• educate clients about services, upgrades, loyalty programs, and retail
• optimize bookings and encourage rebooking.
