What you'll do

• Define and execute test and product engineering strategy
• lead global teams and establish processes for new product introduction, yield ramp, and sustaining operations
• own product lifecycle execution
• improve yield and product cost
• ensure manufacturing readiness and resolve yield issues
• lead wafer sort, final test, and characterization solutions
• improve test coverage, test time, and ATE efficiency
• address yield excursions, test escapes, and customer returns
• coordinate with operations and manufacturing partners
• manage budget, headcount, capital planning, and organizational development.
