Production Line Operator

Job overview

The Production Line Operator role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, with day, evening, and night shifts available; compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The operator joins a manufacturing team where safety, quality, and keeping the production line running are emphasized. The role exists to operate production equipment and help meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality and traceability. It contributes to reliable production through equipment monitoring, changeovers, minor adjustments, documentation, and adherence to GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
• start, stop, monitor, and adjust equipment
• complete product and line changeovers
• monitor product quality against specifications
• make minor equipment adjustments
• complete production, quality, and traceability documentation
• identify and report equipment, product, or safety issues
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures
• work with the team toward daily production goals.
