What you'll do

• Develop menus with variety and rotation
• order raw food and preparation supplies
• supervise department staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance appraisal
• participate in budget development and adhere to the budget
• ensure food safety and regulatory compliance
• monitor resident weights and participate in the resident weight committee
• attend morning meetings, QAPI committee, and care conferences
• complete MDS assessments accurately and on time
• communicate with nursing home staff.
