Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Rehoboth Beach, DE, year-round and full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:00 am–3:00 pm; hours may occasionally change based on club needs. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The technician supports the club’s facilities and its member amenities and programs. The role assists the Facilities Engineer with general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across club facilities. Timely handling of maintenance requests, coordination of repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds help sustain club operations and service.

What you'll do

• Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• service building, equipment, and grounds requests in a timely manner
• assist and report to the Facilities Engineer
• coordinate servicing and repairs involving lighting, heating, ventilation, fire systems, drainage, plumbing, electrical, painting, and related work
• monitor outside contractors and communicate project status
• keep maintenance and cleaning work scheduled and completed
• maintain a safe, clean workshop and supply inventory
• respond to emergencies
• assist with special functions and events.
