What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to menus and standardized recipes
• follow physician-ordered and therapeutic diets
• maintain portion control, presentation, and meal quality
• keep the kitchen sanitary
• store food and monitor inventory and expiration dates
• assist with meal service
• follow food safety and infection-control guidelines
• collaborate with dietary staff, nursing, and leadership.
