What you'll do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements and multiple teams
• provide performance feedback
• partner with senior managers, directors, and partners on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting
• oversee staffing, planning, budgeting, fieldwork, financial reporting, and engagement conclusions
• research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters
• assist clients with GAAP compliance and FASB updates
• address client concerns
• teach firm and department training
• participate in community, networking, and business development activities
• travel to client sites as needed.

Why this role
