What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer calls and take messages
• check in members and verify membership
• handle member service issues and questions about billing and payments
• record member concerns
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• keep the front desk, lobby, and gym areas clean
• re-rack equipment and weights
• record maintenance issues and lost property
• perform safety checks
• complete assigned administrative tasks.

Why this role
