Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader

The Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader role is onsite in Bonita Springs, FL. Pay is $20–$24 per hour, and the schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week. The role supports Vision Landscapes’ landscape construction and installation work. The crew leader directs a team of two to four employees and oversees landscape construction work from site preparation through installation. The role helps keep projects safe, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company production standards while coordinating with customers, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.

What you'll do

• Lead a crew of two to four employees safely
• operate company equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, tracked loaders, and saws
• operate a transit, shoot grades, and grade sites
• read landscape plans and drawings
• oversee demolition, site and soil preparation, grading, and planting
• meet production standards
• keep jobs on schedule and budget
• identify extras and prepare change orders when appropriate
• coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• complete job paperwork and administrative requirements
• communicate professionally with customers.
