What you'll do

• Complete service requests involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall
• respond to emergency service requests within 30 minutes
• inspect and maintain grounds
• prepare vacant units
• complete work orders within 48 hours and make-readies within seven days
• perform preventive maintenance and update records
• maintain tools and equipment
• service common areas and amenities
• service pools if applicable
• coordinate projects and follow safety protocols.
