The Aircraft Mechanic III — Avionics/Electrician role is onsite in Sebree, ID. Compensation is not specified. The mechanic serves as a hands-on maintenance team lead, supervising mechanics and directing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The role supports aircraft readiness by troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and documenting complex avionics, electrical, structural, and powerplant work.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise mechanics
• coordinate maintenance tasks and delivery schedules
• perform certifying inspections and authorized sign-offs
• troubleshoot, repair, modify, and test avionics and electrical systems
• address aircraft structures, flight controls, and engines
• interpret technical data and schematics
• train teams on diagnostic tools
• maintain aircraft logs and records.
