What you'll do

• Organize and allocate resources
• analyze shift performance indicators
• address deviations from standards
• engage associates and escalate unresolved issues
• maintain payroll records and daily KRONOS entries
• provide operations status reports
• maintain HR information
• interview and select associates
• complete administrative duties
• oversee training
• analyze staffing needs and delegate work
• issue progressive counseling when performance falls below expectations.
