Job overview
The Float Pool Caregiver – North Metro, Weekend Shifts role is onsite across Suite Living Senior Care communities in the Twin Cities region, including North Metro locations. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. Suite Living operates memory care and assisted living communities for older adults. The caregiver provides personal care and delegated nursing services to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being, independence, and safety. Float staff rotate among communities and may be assigned to locations with staffing needs, documenting care and reporting changes or concerns to nursing staff.
What you'll do
- Assist residents with personal care, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, ambulation, and transfers
- provide medication reminders or assistance as delegated by an RN
- take and record vital signs as instructed
- report resident concerns and changes to nursing staff
- support resident independence and socialization
- assist with delegated treatments or therapy tasks
- document services and follow safety policies.

Why this role
The schedule is three 12-hour weekend shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. The role requires travel to all locations in the assigned metro group and rotation among communities. A CNA or at least one year of caregiving experience in a senior living or similar environment is required; CNA is preferred but not required.
