What you'll do
- Assign transportation requests and service coverage
- monitor driver activity and vehicle utilization
- coordinate schedule changes
- communicate assignments and updates to drivers
- help resolve driver concerns and escalate issues
- track trips and operational performance
- respond to delays and service interruptions
- maintain fleet and driver records
- update company systems
- assist with reporting and documentation
- support process improvements.
