What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies for data center electrical and mechanical equipment
• translate approved requirements, budgets, and schedules into sourcing plans
• lead RFIs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations
• evaluate total cost of ownership
• negotiate commercial terms with Legal
• track supplier commitments and delivery risks
• review construction proposals and change orders
• manage sourcing and renewals for maintenance, repairs, inspections, contractors, and facilities services
• establish category plans, sourcing calendars, contract templates, and supplier measures
• maintain procurement records and report sourcing activity, results, risks, and commitments.
