Regional Director of Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee operations across at least 15 practices
• lead and develop Regional Managers and Office Managers
• ensure consistent workflows, patient experience, and compliance
• monitor revenue, EBITDA, expenses, and accounts receivable
• partner with Finance on forecasting and budgets
• identify profitability and efficiency opportunities
• collaborate with corporate departments
• escalate complex issues
• contribute to operational planning
• integrate acquired practices and support market expansion.
