PRN Program Therapist — Adolescent Behavioral Health

The PRN Program Therapist — Adolescent Behavioral Health role is onsite in Knoxville, TN. Compensation is $40 per hour. The therapist supports Embrace U, Psychiatric Medical Care’s outpatient program combining intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services for patients ages 10–18. The therapist provides group, individual, and family therapy in an intensive outpatient setting, working within a small interdisciplinary team to deliver physician-ordered services. Accurate assessments, treatment documentation, and discharge planning support quality care and program compliance.

What you'll do

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy to adolescents
• complete psychosocial assessments, group psychotherapy notes, and treatment plans
• support adolescent mental health assessment, counseling, and case management
• ensure discharge plans are in place
• participate in outcome studies and treatment team meetings
• complete notes within prescribed timelines and comply with regulations
• participate in community education and customer service training
• present Embrace U to the community as directed
• contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Why this role
