The assistant supports clinic therapy and BCBA-related activities, helps train new hires under BCBA supervision, and maintains accurate session notes, timesheets, and attendance records in Central Reach. The role contributes to therapy delivery and clinic operations while supporting the employee’s pursuit of BCBA or BCaBA certification.

What you'll do

• Train new hires under the BCBA Supervisor
• provide direct therapy coverage if needed after the lead RBT
• assist with BCBA-related activities and supervised experience hours
• ensure session notes are timely and accurate
• convert timesheets and update daily attendance reports in Central Reach.
