Corporate Law Clerk

Job overview

The Corporate Law Clerk role is hybrid, with an in-person component at ODORZX’s new office in the south end of the Las Vegas Valley; the listing location is Boulder City, NV. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. The clerk supports Corporate Counsel with in-house legal matters across a growing, multi-state organization. The role contributes to corporate legal, compliance, and transactional work through research, drafting support, filings, and preparation of materials for counsel and leadership. It offers substantive exposure to in-house legal work and executive decision-making under attorney supervision.

What you'll do

• Research corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters
• assist with contract drafting, review, and revisions
• support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• assist with business licensing, filings, and corporate structuring
• support negotiations and transactional strategy under attorney supervision
• prepare summaries, memoranda, and briefing materials
• assist Corporate Counsel with executive advisory matters and legal projects.
