This role exists to act as a mentor to merchandisers, providing troubleshooting, training, and support. The Team Lead works closely with Territory Managers to identify opportunities to drive volume and sales while leading the execution of merchandising resets and displays.

What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Lead the execution of merchandising resets.
• Build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.
• Conduct surveys and audits.
• Provide training and re-training to new and current merchandisers in assigned area.
• Stand and walk 3-8hrs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Crouch, bend, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements.
