The Direct Support Professional, Residential, Overnight role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with a Friday–Monday schedule from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. and Tuesday–Thursday off. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour, plus a $0.50 overnight shift differential. Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services team supports independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The professional provides daily living support and helps individuals build independence, self-help, and social skills. The role contributes to residents’ health, safety, individualized support goals, and community participation.

What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• help ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans and daily supports
• encourage community integration and social and recreational participation
• drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
