What you'll do

• Oversee daily sterile and non-sterile compounding production
• develop batch schedules based on demand, staffing, equipment, and materials
• coordinate priorities and monitor throughput
• optimize equipment, labor, and resources
• lead production teams and manage schedules
• support onboarding and performance management
• ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures
• maintain production records
• address deviations and support investigations, audits, and corrective actions
• track performance indicators and implement process improvements.
