What you'll do

• Coordinate and assign Hospice Aide (HA) schedules and visits in collaboration with nursing leadership.
• Serve as a mentor and liaison for HAs, supporting field training, orientation, and competency reviews.
• Oversee medical supply management, including ordering, distribution, and cost control.
• Provide direct patient care when needed, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
