By analyzing labor and performance data, standardizing workflows, developing managers, and addressing root causes, the Operations Manager supports reliable end-to-end warehouse execution.

What you'll do

• Manage labor planning, hiring and training funnels, timesheets, and overtime
• provide daily labor plans to Area Managers
• audit adherence to standard operating procedures
• provide data-driven performance insights
• own training and development processes, onboarding, coaching paths, and performance improvement plans
• train and audit Area Managers on coaching
• support succession planning
• diagnose operational causes and assist with system hurdles.
