What you'll do

• Mentor, train, coach, and recognize employees
• oversee daily operations and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• inspect units and services against company standards
• build customer relationships
• assist with pre-trips, event coordination, deliveries, pickups, services, and minor truck repairs
• participate in assigned on-call coverage and report within 90 minutes when called.
