What you'll do

• Review menus to determine food types and quantities
• submit food orders and help maintain inventory
• consult the registered dietitian on modified diets
• supervise dietary workers preparing food and assist with staff orientation
• prepare foods according to approved recipes and resident diet orders
• test food temperatures
• follow infection prevention practices and maintain a clean kitchen.
