What you'll do

• Draft subdivision, boundary, easement, and topographical surveys
• prepare parcel descriptions, staking maps, cutsheets, and construction take-offs
• create digital terrain models
• conduct limited courthouse research
• submit plats for jurisdictional approval
• work with project managers and group leaders
• substitute in the field when necessary.
