The Key Holder role is onsite in El Dorado, AR, with pay of $15–$17 per hour plus commission on sales. RocketFast! Car Wash aims to provide an exceptional customer experience in a fun, friendly, and clean environment. The key holder supports site operations and serves as the responsible contact for customer, equipment, and staff issues when other management is absent. The role helps maintain service quality, safety, cleanliness, and sales performance while supporting and coaching the wash team.

What you'll do

• Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with site operations
• address customer, equipment, and staff issues when management is not present
• help train and coach the wash team
• complete opening and closing duties
• maintain a clean, attractive, and safe facility
• handle cash transactions and deposits accurately
• perform positions staffed at the wash.
