Porter / Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests
• perform minor repairs, light plumbing, and general upkeep
• maintain interior and exterior cleanliness
• prepare vacant units for new tenants
• clean common areas and remove trash
• maintain grounds and use pressure-washing equipment
• travel between properties and job sites as needed.
