What you'll do

• Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations
• prepare and execute desserts, pastries, breads, gelato, and other baked goods
• develop seasonal menus aligned with Italian culinary traditions
• maintain quality and presentation
• lead and train pastry staff
• manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and production planning
• and ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
