RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Partner with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and CNAs, fostering trust, accountability, and teamwork. Participate in the on-call rotation and provide leadership support during off-hours. Lead by example, stepping in to support floor staffing alongside the nursing team when needed.
