What you'll do

• Clean, stock, and prepare the clinical environment
• perform phlebotomy
• prepare specimens for laboratory transport
• perform simple laboratory procedures
• take vital signs
• prepare patients for procedures
• assist with patient flow
• provide general clinical support to physicians and staff
• answer phones, make appointments, collect co-pays and payments, assist with billing, and enter information in the electronic medical record. High school diploma or equivalent, six months of healthcare experience, one year of medical terminology experience, knowledge of the Bloodborne Pathogen Standard, clinical pharmacology experience, and BLS certification are required.

Why this role
