IT Operations Support Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, provisioning, and lifecycle management
• help build alerting, monitoring, and reporting workflows
• manage SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365, Slack, and MDM tools
• deploy site security and facility access controls
• support EDR and SIEM solutions
• maintain IT runbooks and knowledge base
• configure Cisco Meraki and FortiGate network equipment.
