Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Manage on-budget and on-time construction of interior improvements, exterior renovations, and special projects
• create scopes of work
• develop budgets by securing, reviewing, and approving bids
• read plans and prepare take-offs
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
• inspect interiors, exteriors, and site conditions
• hold meetings with stakeholders and vendors
• conduct site visits to monitor milestones, workmanship, and scope compliance
• coordinate construction phasing with property management and vendors
• maintain contractor relationships, communication standards, and construction documentation.
