What you'll do

• Sell parts in person, by phone, email, and online
• source parts for timely fulfillment
• meet sales and gross-profit goals
• order parts according to dealership procedures
• maintain special-order parts for the service department
• resolve customer issues
• provide written quotes
• process core and warranty items
• maintain a clean, safe work area
• and complete ongoing OEM training.
