Planning Manager

The Planning Manager role is onsite in Morgan Hill, CA. Compensation is $130,000–$190,000 per year. Marki Microwave develops technologies for the RF and microwave industry. The manager leads the Planning and Scheduling team and owns plans that guide production priorities and support on-time product delivery. The role aligns demand, materials, capacity, and schedules across functions while developing the planning team and addressing supply constraints that affect company growth and customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop planners and schedulers
• set team goals and manage performance
• own planning team assessments, training, and development
• balance leadership with hands-on planning coverage
• analyze scheduling and supply issues and drive corrective actions
• represent Planning in cross-functional forums
• coordinate materials and production plans with Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• maintain ERP planning parameters
• oversee Space, HiREL, and NPI planning
• manage work-in-progress and recovery actions
• develop capacity models and recommendations
• report supply planning KPIs and updates to executives.
