What you'll do

  • Supervise assigned staff and ensure compliance with agency policies and standards. Support services responsive to clients’ functioning levels, readiness for change, and health needs
  • evaluate staff performance
  • facilitate program meetings
  • and ensure records are complete and meet agency standards. Maintain relationships with social service, community, and county providers
  • collaborate on client problem-solving and advocacy
  • and promote an inclusive, respectful work environment. Travel to other program sites may be required, and the role requires regularly transporting clients in a personal vehicle.
